Nathan has been by far one of the most approachable and effective personal trainers I’ve met. I’ve always had trouble lifting, getting motivated, and eating right, but he’s managed to keep me on track.
He’s been pushing me since day one and constantly reminding me of the good work I’m doing. I’ve always struggled building muscle, working out 5-7 days a week. With Nathan, I’m working out 4 days a week under his recommendation and feel a lot stronger. Im starting to see my body change in just one month. I noticed the change mainly on the size of my arms and legs. He also always texts back right away when I have a question or when I need advice.
