“Doing this versus doing it on your own, can change your life, it really can”

Steve House is a 67-year-old youthful spirited man who lives in Detroit Michigan. He is the father of three kids and the grandfather of four. Living in Colorado for 15 years and then Michigan for the remainder of his career, Steve knew he needed to take action on his goals. With fitness goals in mind, Steve took it full throttle, knowing the importance of his health. He knew fitness was the short-term, and long-term medicine to longevity, and knowing this principle helped Steve tremendously in reaching his goal of gaining strength and prolonging his life. 

“I wish I would've done this 25 years ago,” Steve said passionately during an interview about his training experience with Nathan. While having built up his body, Steve is able to live life now a lot stronger and with a lot less pain. All while knowing he was on his way toward gaining strength and prolonging his life by 10+ years.
